OUR RESEARCH PROCESS

Useful details.
Clear sources.

Personal Trainers Australia helps you compare training options before you contact a business. Our first guides cover Southbank, Braybrook and Bendigo.

We start with local discovery

We collect the first three unpaid map-pack results and first-page organic results for a suburb’s personal-training search. We exclude marketplaces and unrelated results. If the initial search is geographically poor, a quoted-suburb search helps discover relevant business pages. This fallback is recorded separately.

We check the business’s own website

About, services, pricing and contact pages provide the detail behind a listing. We summarise the relevant information and link to its source. Nearby studios and mobile service areas are labelled so that a suburb landing page is not mistaken for a physical address.

Every price needs context

Private sessions, semi-private training, memberships and introductory offers are different products. We retain the offer type, billing period, published conditions and source. We do not estimate a price when the business has not published one.

Discovery is not endorsement

Google results change with location and time. Search position is not a quality ranking, and inclusion does not certify qualifications or results. We do not independently verify every claim on a business website. Confirm the trainer’s suitability, qualifications, appointment times and full costs directly.

Keeping the details current

Each listing shows when its information was checked. Our planned review cycle is every two months. Prices and availability can change between checks, so the business’s current quote takes precedence.

Incomplete information stays visible as a limitation

Businesses without enough evidence are held out of the researched listings. The location guides retain a record of the original map-pack discoveries, including those still awaiting verification. A failed website fetch does not mean that a business has closed.
